I’m Hilary, a Sydney-based family and portrait photographer and personal stylist, with a passion for helping people feel confident, comfortable, and truly themselves, both in front of the camera and in everyday life.

I specialise in capturing authentic, joy-filled moments through natural, timeless photography, while also offering personal styling services in Sydney to help clients feel their best in what they wear.

Originally from Southend-on-Sea in England, my journey with photography began more than 20 years ago. From studying Media Studies and working in the darkroom, to capturing landscapes during my travels, photography has always shaped how I see the world.

​

Over time, I found my true calling as a Sydney family photographer and portrait photographer, especially after the arrival of my niece and nephew, who inspired me to capture the beauty of real, everyday moments.

​

More recently, I’ve expanded into personal styling in Sydney, helping clients refresh their wardrobes, build confidence, and create outfits that feel effortless, elevated, and aligned with their lifestyle.

I believe styling and photography go hand in hand, when you feel confident in what you’re wearing, it naturally shows in your photos.
